At Suhi Suyi Label, we carefully inspect every order before dispatch.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

• Returns are only accepted if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item sent by us.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
